Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the DashCraft website (dashcraft.in) and our mobile installation services. By booking an installation or using this site, you agree to them. DashCraft LLC is a Florida limited liability company registered in Fort Pierce and serving from Vero Beach, Florida.

Our services

DashCraft provides mobile installation of aftermarket vehicle display units (Apple CarPlay / Android Auto head units) at your location. Every installation includes reconnection of your vehicle's existing OEM backup camera and retention of factory controls where supported. Installations typically take 5–7 hours.

Booking and deposits

• A flat deposit reserves your installation date: $400 Standard tier, $500 Premium tier, $650 Prestige tier. Deposits are applied in full to your total.
• For installations beyond 70 miles from South Vero Beach, a $125 travel supplement is collected as part of your deposit. Installations 30–60 miles out add a $75 travel supplement to your total.
• Deposits are due within 48 hours of booking, or the reserved slot is released.
• A DocuSign service agreement arrives in your inbox within 48 hours of booking. The signed agreement, together with these terms, governs your installation.
• Your final quote is locked at booking confirmation. Parts availability may affect pricing for rare models; any change will be communicated and agreed before your deposit is due.

Cancellations and rescheduling

• Reschedule or cancel at least 72 hours before your appointment and your deposit transfers to a new date or is refunded in full.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment may forfeit up to the cost of parts already ordered for your specific vehicle; any remainder is refunded.
• Cancellations within 72 hours also retain a flat $25 payment processing fee. Card networks keep the processing cost on a refunded payment, so this recovers a cost already incurred rather than imposing a penalty. No processing fee is retained if we cancel, or if we decline a booking outside our service area.
• If we must cancel or reschedule (weather, illness, parts delay), your deposit transfers to the next available date of your choosing, or is refunded in full if you prefer.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle information (year, make, model, trim) at booking. Significant discrepancies discovered on site may require rescheduling or a revised quote.
• Make the vehicle available at the agreed address, with enough space to work safely around it, for the full installation window.
• Remove personal valuables from the work area of the vehicle.
• Be reachable during the installation for walkthrough and sign-off.

Installation and documentation

We record a pre-installation video documenting your vehicle's existing condition and a post-installation video documenting the finished work. Sign-off at completion confirms the installation was delivered as agreed and starts your warranty.

Warranty

• Every installation includes a 1-year limited parts and labor warranty from the date of sign-off.
• Covered: defects in installation workmanship, and head unit or harness failures under normal use (parts sourced from established suppliers; manufacturer warranties apply where longer).
• Not covered: physical damage, water or impact damage, misuse, modifications or repairs by others after installation, pre-existing electrical faults in the vehicle, and issues caused by vehicle software updates outside our control.
• To make a claim, contact us at installation@dashcraft.in or (772) 252-0956. We'll schedule a mobile service visit to diagnose and repair covered issues at no charge.

Payment

The remaining balance is due on completion, at sign-off. We accept major credit and debit cards (processed by Stripe), Zelle, and bank transfer. Prices shown on the site include parts, labor, and travel within 30 miles of South Vero Beach.

Service area

We serve the Atlantic corridor of east-coast Florida from Melbourne to Palm Beach to Okeechobee, based from Vero Beach. Service does not extend south of Lantana/Boynton Beach. Bookings outside our service area may be declined with a full deposit refund.

Liability

DashCraft carries $1M/$2M general liability coverage and garage keepers liability on every job. To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability for any claim arising from an installation is limited to the total amount you paid for that installation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Website

Site content, including pricing and the vehicle compatibility checker, is provided for information and may be updated at any time. Compatibility results are our best assessment from your inputs; final compatibility is confirmed at booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indian River County, Florida.

Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time you book applies to your installation.
