DashCraft LLC ("DashCraft," "we," "us") is a mobile vehicle display installation service based in Vero Beach, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through our website at dashcraft.in and in the course of providing our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact form. When you send us a message through our website, we collect the name, email address, phone number, vehicle details, and message you provide. Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our website hosting provider.
- Booking. When you book an installation, we collect your name, email, phone number, service address, and vehicle details (year, make, model, trim) through Google Calendar appointment scheduling.
- Direct communication. If you email, text, call, or message us on social media, we keep a record of that correspondence.
- Payments. Deposits and balances are processed by Stripe or Zelle. We never see or store your full card number or bank credentials — those are handled entirely by the payment provider.
- Service documentation. We record a pre-installation and post-installation video of your vehicle to document its condition. These recordings protect both you and us.
- Service agreement. Service agreements are signed electronically through DocuSign, which collects your name, email, and signature.
- Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — pages visited, approximate location (city level), and device type. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Google Analytics uses cookies; you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide quotes
- To schedule, confirm, perform, and follow up on installations
- To process deposits and payments
- To honor your warranty and handle any service issues
- To maintain business records as required by law
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers needed to run our business: Netlify (website hosting and form processing), Google (scheduling, email, and analytics), Stripe (payment processing), and DocuSign (electronic signatures). Each processes your data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records, service documentation, and signed agreements for the duration of your warranty period and as long as needed for legal and tax purposes. Inquiry messages that don't lead to a booking are kept for up to two years.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing installation@dashcraft.in. We'll honor your request unless we're required to keep the information for legal, warranty, or tax reasons.
Children
Our services are directed to vehicle owners and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
